Had given up hope of finding someone skilled enough to completely alter my boots by changing the flat sole to a platform and adding 2 inches to the heal but then I found Miguel in the Weybridge Timpsons. He is a genius and patiently explained what could be done given enough time. I collected my boots this afternoon and they have been completely transformed. Wonderful work, couldn't be happier.

visited the Timpson branch yesterday afternoon to get my watch fixed. When I simply asked if I could leave my watch and pick it up the following day, the staff member became incredibly rude. He seemed highly annoyed by a very kind and standard request and showed an unprovoked bad attitude. To make matters worse, when I walked out and said goodbye, he completely ignored me and didn't even reply.
