Extremely helpful and efficient service from Paul - sorted out a replacement car key for me in less than 2mins. Great customer service - would highly recommend.
I bought a battery for my watch for £20. However, it only lasted 1 and half months. When I came back and asked them about it, they just tested it and said "yes, the battery is dead". Great! Very helpful.
Very poor service. I arrived to pick up my shoes as agreed. The operative was on the phone. I waited. Eventually he broke away when he saw I was only picking up. The shoes weren’t ready and he suggested I return in 30 minutes. I did so to find him talking to a friend. The finishing of my shoes had not started. He swore and then started work. 5 minutes later they were done. Stay away, these people do not value customers we interrupt their social life......
My shoe sole broke while working so I had to pop into the shop for a quick fix on my lunchtime. The man there was so nice, fixed it immediately and charged me nothing.
