I visited today 14th January 2025 just after 15:30 - to get some links taken out of a watch…the lovely gentleman whom done it was just Kind & sometimes that is all it takes to make someones day after a tough one. Laughed about how i could have done it at home but came to someone who is trained in it. So thank you for being Kind & thank you for making my new watch fit 🙂. The Nurse.
Amazingly good service. Glen engraved two plaques for me. He was extremely patient and went beyond my expectations to ensure that the inscriptions on both plaques were exactly as I wanted. Thank you again Glen.

Very good service. Went beyond what was required fixing shoes and watch. Also had bought a lifetime guarantee battery for my watch about 4-5 years ago and there was no problem honouring the guarantee. Would definitely recommend.
Be careful when buying batteries from here. Our car kept saying low battery after Timpson changed it, took it back and they said it was old stock.
