Very quick he cut my keys in like 2 mins and provided the best customer service. I came a little just after 6 and he was kind enough to wait for me. Would definitely recommend!!
Excellent service from Glen at Timpson, Lower Earley. He repaired my Diesel watch under the lifetime warranty at no cost. This watch is very special to me as it was a birthday gift from my daughter, so I really wanted to keep it rather than replace it. Glen went the extra mile—sending it to another store and even working over the weekend to get it fixed. I was genuinely surprised and very pleased with the service. A great example of true customer care. Glen is a real asset to Timpsons. Highly recommended!
I visited today 14th January 2025 just after 15:30 - to get some links taken out of a watch…the lovely gentleman whom done it was just Kind & sometimes that is all it takes to make someones day after a tough one. Laughed about how i could have done it at home but came to someone who is trained in it. So thank you for being Kind & thank you for making my new watch fit 🙂. The Nurse.
I vistited Timpsons today to see if they could replace the watch battery on my watch. Unfortunately it wasn't the battery that was the issue and my watch requires a replacement movement, however they did not charge me. Mark was brilliant and provided me with great service
