Brought my elderly mother in to have a new watch adjusted. They couldn't have been nicer to her and more welcoming. Good old fashioned quality service.
Highly recommended. Used them twice for issues with an expensive watch strap, once it was something really small and they didn’t even charge me or accept anything for it and the other time it was a small mechanism needed replacing. Different person served me each time and you can’t fault their politeness and services.
Billy in Tunbridge Wells (Sainsbury’s) branch was excellent! Last week he gave me some great advice on maintenance and long term care for shoes, this week he also excelled - credit where credits due!
Sam was super helpful, and fixed the zip on my lovely leather luggage bag in about 5 minutes flat.
Really helpful and knowledgeable. Not only replaced my car key battery for a reasonable price but told me how to resync my spare key with the central locking . Much appreciated.
