I went in for a car key shell replacement. Elyse was extremely helpful and put right the mistakes his boss had made on both failing to cut the key correctly and in putting the shell together (it fell apart first time I used it). If give his boss zero stats if the system allowed... He clearly had no idea what he was doing and luckily I was able to rebuild one key from the debris or I would've been stranded!
