I took my Canada Goose jacket to Timpson at Morrisons on Kettering Road. The lady there, who I believe is the manager, was very friendly and helpful. The jacket came back looking like new, but it felt a little flat when I got home. I returned after Christmas and mentioned it, and she was happy to sort it out. Lee at morrisons northampton, was extremely helpful, he fixed my boots in only a few hours. They are better than when I brought them Service with a smile! Totally delighted. Thank you!

Timpsons never disappoint! I took two old watches in earlier today and had the batteries replaced (on a lifetime guarantee) and the service was excellent. I was really pleased when I got home to see how much care had been taken and the watches set to the correct time and date. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had to wait 25 minutes to pick up a pair of jeans as the dry cleaner had gone on lunch and the other worker “had no idea what goes on back there”. All he had to do was pick them off the rack using the receipt i gave him.

Had my daughters dry cleaned by a lady called gill. She was very helpful and informed me about the process and turn around time which was very helpful. I collected the blazer and I couldn’t be more happier as it looked good as new
