This is the best dry cleaning/laundry service in Birmingham City Centre. I have been attending Timpsons in Edgbaston for over 9 years and the customer service is absolutely top class. Mike, who covers the store on weekends, is a true gentleman and always ensures that my dry cleaning and laundry is turned around quickly and that it is done to the highest possible standard. I took my almost new boots (costing £125) to Timpson to have the bottoms of the heels replaced. Unfortunately, they were damaged during the repair. Cuts were made in the heels and then covered with some black substance to hide the damage. After contacting customer service, I was asked to send pictures — but no refund was offered straight away. Absolutely terrible! I went to make copies of a proximity fob and firstly it took Jordan over 20 minutes to figure it out. I went home and realised only 1/3 copies worked. I went back with the two fobs to get them fixed and after I came back home this time neither of the two including my original fob worked. Then went back to Jordan for third time and this time none of them are letting me in. Now they are close so I will have go again tomorrow to get this fixed for the fourth time.

Shocking worker and customer service, I phoned up about hour before asking how long a key cut and changing battery on a watch would take to which lady on the phone said 5 minutes for both. I came there 11 June 40 minutes before closing with my partner and baby and there was only 1 lady dealing with customer doing dry cleaning.
