Visited Timpsons on Loughton High Road today, 25.09.25. I had purchased a watch from a 3rd party and was having trouble removing some links to make the wristband smaller. Basically, the pins in the links would not go back in. Winston helped me straight away, and with the use of his own tools soon sorted the problem. Winston obviously believes in great customer service and I left just a few moments later with my problem fixed. Winston is a true credit to his business, I cant recommend him highly enough.
