The guy working today could do with some customer service training. I turned up 15-20 minutes before closing. This was the conversation: "Are you wanting a key cut?" (not even a hello) "Yes please" "Well I'm not cutting any more keys today" (no sorry) "OK" "Yeah you're way too late" "OK, how long does it take?" "It doesn't matter, I don't want to rush it. Went to get a watch battery and some links taken out of an old watch. The guy who works here (don’t know his name) was very helpful and knowledgable. Offered lots of deals at a good price.
Had a problem with an old Timex watch. Billy took the time to explain the issue and expertly fix the problem. Very professional service.
If you don’t want any scratches on your watch, it is not your option! My watch battery needs a replacement, but it brings back with scratches. The staff told me what he made on my watch are not scratches, just oxidation…. He keeps saying the watch is too tight, would not able to open the watch for battery replacement, he has been working for 15years for this job,, but it is the fact that it takes 10seconds for another shop to open it.
