After being badly let down by the other key cutting/cobblers in Saffron, I was bowled over by the service from Ben at Timpsons ! He went out of his way to ensure that my car key was replaced as quickly and efficiently as possible. Even stopping on his way home at another branch to check whether they could help even sooner.
