Had to bring some keys that didn’t quite work from another Timpson branch to Victoria Station on the way to work. Stuart took them without any issues and recut them. No problem for him he just wanted to make it right. He was excellent.
Poor customer experience, have used them a few times before but they seem to be much more interested in maintaining revenue than keeping their customers happy and returning. Last time I will be using Timpson services.
The was a nail in my brand new pair of boots. The lovely gentleman kindly removed it for me and I didn't have to return the shoes! I am extremely grateful for your help, thank you very much! 🙏
Fine service but avoid if you can as incredibly expensive. £21 for a 2 standard cylinder keys (that were £6 for the set at a local place a few months ago), and a couple of keys are sticky in lock.
I went to Timpson to get a set of keys cut and was really impressed with how quick and efficient the service was. Stuart was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the keys were cut perfectly. The new keys work flawlessly—no sticking or fiddling needed. It’s great to see a company that still values quality and customer service. Highly recommend Timpson.
