The man who works here (Stuart I think his name was) could really do with some customer service training. Considering how many retailers on the high street are going bust, you’d think customer service would be a priority…..but clearly not.

The actual work on my shoes is great however the Mr who works there is extremely cold and rude - a little kindness will go a long way!
