The man who works here (Stuart I think his name was) could really do with some customer service training. Considering how many retailers on the high street are going bust, you’d think customer service would be a priority…..but clearly not.
The was a nail in my brand new pair of boots. The lovely gentleman kindly removed it for me and I didn't have to return the shoes! I am extremely grateful for your help, thank you very much! 🙏
Fine service but avoid if you can as incredibly expensive. £21 for a 2 standard cylinder keys (that were £6 for the set at a local place a few months ago), and a couple of keys are sticky in lock.
Excellent service and super chap and was very quick and my shoes looked better after the repair than they have ever looked !
I went to Timpson to get a set of keys cut and was really impressed with how quick and efficient the service was. Stuart was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the keys were cut perfectly. The new keys work flawlessly—no sticking or fiddling needed. It’s great to see a company that still values quality and customer service. Highly recommend Timpson.
