Thank you for the brilliant service today. I had several keys cut, and was met with smiles, friendly conversation and quick, efficient and exacting service.
Really impressed. Replaced a completely broken zip on a bag for only £7.50 and now like brand new again. They were honest and upfront that they weren't sure if they would be able to fix it, and think I've got a bargain as they clearly went well beyond cost they quoted to get the job done.
Ruined an almost new pair of boots and either didn't realise what they'd done or hoped I wouldn't notice when I collected them. The first two attempts to repair the damage was poor and amateurish. After the Timpsons complaints team took over the case communication from them was nil unless I was actively chasing for updates.
