Amazing service! Meet gave me a timeframe of 3 days to get all my engraving done but managed to do it all on the day I dropped them off! Very polite, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond. Will definitely use again.
Meet, the new Manager (I'm assuming manager) did a first class job on my old boots that needed rehealing.I had left them way too long and they looked scruffy but he got them back to looking like new!! Lovely guy, highly recommend 👌
Rather gruff guy said my Timberland shoe needed superglue. I got the impression I was an idiot for not knowing this nor that, for reasons that escape me, Timpsons don't do superglue. Anyhow, I've just superglued it so fingers crossed and thanks for the free info.
I always go to this branch specifically for Tony. He is always so helpful and polite, and straight to the point. I've had several keys cut here that all worked, and even had some shoes repaired here recently, and they were absolutely brilliantly repaired, like new! And absolutely excellent customer service! 10/10, highly recommend!
