I took my 2 year old and 6 year old to get their passport photos taken. The shop assistant (unfortunately I can’t remember his name but we visited on the 26/01/26) he was really great with the kids and managed to get the photos without any difficulty. At the time he said if we had any issues with the photos we could comeback and when I came to apply online, one of the photos said it wasn’t 100% it was going to be ok. I took my watch to Timpson recently in the hope of getting the dead battery replaced. The member of staff checked and accepted the watch, and told me to come and collect it later. When I went back, he informed me that it would be impossible to change the battery because specialist kit was required to remove the back and get to the battery area. This seemed strange to me - the watch is a basic digital Casio, nothing unusual or special - so I took it to the Broadmead branch of Timpson, where the staff member managed to replace... read more

I brought in a coat for repair and did not have a good experience, initially. I sent the coat back and it was returned after 4 weeks, again, with a thread left out. Thankfully I was very lucky to be assisted by lovely Sharon. She was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. She did the job on site for me in one day. She is a very professional tayler and was kind and understanding. 5 stars for her!!
