I visited Timpson (in Sale, School Road) with repairing of my son’s school shoes recently. I decided to leave a feedback because I was impressed the best in town customer service and how professional was a master there. Jason (his name,I hope I remember correctly) made a great job! He repaired the shoes perfectly. They looked as a brand new. Jason counted everything what was important to me to be worn nicely. I called into the Sale shop today as a new battery fitted to a watch a few weeks ago had stopped working. I can only compliment the manager who handled this with no quibble (despite me no longer having the original receipt) and fitted a replacement battery at no extra cost. Excellent customer service to be commended!
Came at 4.55 thought I missed closing time. But no. Checked time online should shut 5.30. Not great
Exceptional service. Thought I needed a completely new replacement car key. Options explained, new key cut and installed into existing remote fob. Much better price than quoted at other companies. Well worth a 26 mile round trip and would definitely visit again! Thanks 😊
