Jason always goes above and beyond. He provides a brilliant service no matter what you ask of him. His workmanship is of the highest standard. Jason is a big part of the sale community and always gives a wave when you walk past the shop. Well and truly recommended.
I visited Timpson (in Sale, School Road) with repairing of my son’s school shoes recently. I decided to leave a feedback because I was impressed the best in town customer service and how professional was a master there. Jason (his name,I hope I remember correctly) made a great job! I called into the Sale shop today as a new battery fitted to a watch a few weeks ago had stopped working. I can only compliment the manager who handled this with no quibble (despite me no longer having the original receipt) and fitted a replacement battery at no extra cost. Excellent customer service to be commended!
