Visited the Cranbourne Street, Brighton store for 2 new watch batteries. Was greeted & served by Christian. The shop was busy & he was alone but was consistantly friendly & helpful to not just myself but all the customers. His professional manner & knowledge/skills are excellent. A well presented, brilliant member of staff who gives the best customer service.

Just popped into Timpsons to get a couple of links taken out of a very cheap watch that my teenage son bought for his sister for Christmas, so didn't want to spend much to have it altered. The lovely man did it for free. When I asked how much it would cost, he simply wished me a 'Merry Christmas'. I love Timpsons, love the ethos, and the staff are, without fail, always brilliant.

Very helpful! The man with the star wars watch has repaired at least three pairs of my shoes, they’re in wonderful condition and been given a new lease of life! Have also changed my watch battery here and had keys cut, wonderful service at a good price.

Helpful member of staff fixed my watch by cleaning the battery contracts. Nowhere else (include other Timpsons) had the patience to explain and sort this simple issue for me. Thank you very much.

I experienced incredibly helpful service which went above and beyond at Timpsons yesterday afternoon. Full of knowledge and experience we’re lucky to have such a shop.
