A copy of my keys were cut in under 2 minutes. Great service, very friendly staff.
The manager at this shop is fantastic. we came in with a nightmare key to cut and came out with 5 keys that work a charm. The manager was friendly, helpful and incredibly skilled. Highly recommend!
Thank you endlessly to the amazing Christian! Visited for the day from London and both my boots broke in the space of 30 minutes; he repaired them with speed and artistry, not to mention his wonderful demeanour. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Christian was amazing my favourite chain had broke and in seconds he fixed it and didn’t charge me I was so stressed and out the kindness of his heart he made my day … genuinely an all round good bloke the world would be a better place with more Christian’s in it … once again thank you so much
Just popped into Timpsons to get a couple of links taken out of a very cheap watch that my teenage son bought for his sister for Christmas, so didn't want to spend much to have it altered. The lovely man did it for free. When I asked how much it would cost, he simply wished me a 'Merry Christmas'. I love Timpsons, love the ethos, and the staff are, without fail, always brilliant.
