Just collected pair of boots which I had stretched. Excellent job, boots fit perfectly now. Customer Service was first class, always friendly, professional and helpful....I always return for shoe/boots repairs and drycleaning. Unfortunately I didn't get names of the team members (male and female)....both a true asset to Timpsons.
Not a good service. I wanted to make a new watch smaller wrest case. Ended up like in the pics in the same day. I came to the store. The guy mentioned to come back after half an hour, I came after an hour and the watch was not fix. Plus it is expensive. I paid 10.95 for that services.
Excellent and polite service for a tricky repair that required top stitching. I didn’t think it could be done but it was done on the spot with attention to detail, matching the exact thread colour. I bought these shoes in a charity shop and now thanks to Timpson they can continue to be a sustainable purchase. Repairing requires skill and craftsmanship and helps to make a difference our throwaway society. Thank you Timpson 🙌
Came in to get some jeans fixed, not really even a service they offer… the most kind and wonderful gentleman improvised on the spot and got it done. Completely made my day. Fast, cheap, highest quality. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!!
Incredible service. My son had his shoes broken. He got them glued within ten minutes, just before closing. He could continue walking directly after. Very helpful and professional.
