I’ve always had my keys cut at Timpsons in the city centre and have been a regular customer. One of the keys I had cut there seemed to have become slightly misshapen over time. Aimi, one of the best staff members, kindly confirmed that the key was indeed cut by them and went out of her way to adjust it for me. She was incredibly kind and helpful — overall, the service was excellent and I’m very satisfied.
OK. So I had to wait while the solo worker popped off for lunch. But, on return he took my engraving order and sorted it right away. Great stuff.
Absolutely brilliant service from the lady on shift today. After having a vintage shoe malfunction she re-glued the soles back on and was super quick. Cannot praise this lady enough for being a lifesaver (shoesaver) so my dancing shoes live to dance on..Once again I cannot praise this lady she's a total star...I would definitely recommend this Timpsons site ..
Nice helpful staff. Usual services you would expect from a branded chain. Been there for years. There are always some customers there. Their passport photo service is nice though a tad pricey.
Aimi is a star. Helped with the souls of my old shoes. 10/10
