I wasn't going to bother with a review until I saw the quote on their bag (see photo). 'Great service by great people' .. really?! Not in my experience. I spoke to CJ About having 6 keys out, he was so friendly so polite and was so kind to the lady in front too. When it was my turn we had a lovely chat and I told him I was from a charity, he was sooo helpful!! This is what you call customer service, really made me realise this is what service is about and how many other companies don't have this level of service anymore. He was amazing. Thank you! I asked them to fix a key – a very quick task, basically a goodwill gesture. Of course, I was willing to pay something. They said that because the key wasn’t originally cut by them, they wouldn’t help. Naturally, they could cut a brand new key for £12. Greedy approach. Better to support small businesses with proper locksmiths who are willing to actually help others, not just exploit them.

I came into oadby shop last week to replace my dad's battery in his watch, left it with a young lad Aj I think his name was, returned a hour later to collect it and he told me he couldn't get it working and his watch was knackered I found this rather odd as never had a issue with it before but got the impression he couldn't be bothered and he certainly didn't seem bothered about helping me.
