I went into Timpsons in the Hight Street in Sidmouth for a photo for my renewal of my driving licence. Rachael was really helpful and made the experience seamless. She is a credit to your company. Please pass on my thanks to her. 😀
Once again superb service from Timpson. I took my watch for a replacement battery and despite the fact he was busy, he kindly repaired my watch strap as well ( without prompting).
They are quite expensive and other places charge much less, ie. battery watches at jewellers, much cheaper. I'm getting my boots heeled at Crockers in Teignmouth and know they will be much cheaper (and done well). I cant see why Timpson's are so popular, probably as they have the monopoly on service for shoe repair.
The service I received from the shop at Sidmouth was excellent. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.
Excellent service. Provided and fitted a new strap to my Mum's watch, even managing to refit the buckle from the old strap so it all matched. Was then kind enough to provide a chair for my Mum so she could have rest whilst I collected the car to save her the walk. Would recommend.
