Thank you for being amazing! You have engraved memorial leaves for me on many occasions but recently I needed one done really quickly in time for Christmas. I can't tell you how much this meant to the people missing their loved one for the first time this year. Thank you for going out of your way to make it happen and always doing it with a smile.
I set Jack a near-impossible quest: engraving a curved watch in a really awkward spot and in German! He did an absolutely amazing job. The engraving is perfect, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Fantastic service and skill. Highly recommended!
