Poor customer service…. It was lunchtime that I popped into the store, but some of us only have this time available etc. The employee was eating at the desk/counter, well he had a right face on because I made him stop to serve me…. Only needed a basic key cut took him all of 2mins literally… but he’s attitude and service was uncalled for and to be honest rude… next time I need a key cut or a shoe repaired I will visit another place or store…

The worst customer service ever received in my life. Very rude person in glasses who just obviously doesn’t know or have qualities of good customer service. Never returning to this branch. Such a fail and annoying service I received.

If you can’t offer a proper photo printing service. I suggest getting rid of the service from your shop. Today afternoon, we went to get our British passport size photos for myself and my little one. Two ladies were working and they had no idea about the requirements for British passport photos and has zero clue on what they are doing. They were very rude as soon as we walk in the shop. Brilliant service from the ladies. Had a photo taken for a Pass. Wasn't able to enter the store in my wheelchair due to the age of the store. The ladies immediately come out to assist me and took photos for me. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, so thank you.
