Hannah is the friendliest Timpson manager I’ve ever met ( and I met a few) always helpful and happy to give advice. Her shop is always well stocked and organised. I always use this branch now, even when it’s not the most convenient. Thank you Hannah 😊

Poor customer service…. It was lunchtime that I popped into the store, but some of us only have this time available etc. The employee was eating at the desk/counter, well he had a right face on because I made him stop to serve me…. Only needed a basic key cut took him all of 2mins literally… but he’s attitude and service was uncalled for and to be honest rude… next time I need a key cut or a shoe repaired I will visit another place or store…
If you can’t offer a proper photo printing service. I suggest getting rid of the service from your shop. Today afternoon, we went to get our British passport size photos for myself and my little one. Two ladies were working and they had no idea about the requirements for British passport photos and has zero clue on what they are doing. They were very rude as soon as we walk in the shop. This is my go to store for all things shoe and watch related. Hannah is always so helpful and makes sure she finds the best solution to whatever I present her with! I wouldn’t consider going elsewhere and would highly recommend this store.
