Absolutely fuming with you guys. Just finished work to find you charged my wife £20 pounds for a battery key replacement. I will ve coming first tging Monday for a full refund. £1.50 battery 1 minute change. Your robbing vulnerable people.
Don’t normally do bad reviews. Wasn’t very impressed, none of the keys they cut off the original worked on the door and when my partner went back in to get a refund she was told by an older gentleman with grey hair that she should’ve paid more for the service (which is more of a company problem to be honest). After lots of procrastination we eventually got the refund. I’d just like to stress that 3 keys were cut and NONE of them worked. So take that as you will. I personally won’t be back. Made me wait 20 minutes outside cos he went to get some food or something and then charged me £10 for a tiny fix that the timpsons at Asda said £3, wouldn’t recommend, wasn’t very nice either and said like 2 words to me
I went into the Kendal store to see if they could help me reset a casio watch. They were incredibly helpful and kind. It took a while but they went the extra mile. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
This man should not be in a people facing job. He doesn't listen and is exceptionally arsy, rude and negative. I will go anywhere else in the future.
