The girl who served me (Weds 1 April about 5pm) looked fed up to have to end her phone call to serve me. None of the 3 keys she cut worked, so I came back. Again, was on her phone and was pretty rude to me. Told me she couldn't re cut the keys. She could order them in which would take 5 days or I could try Cwmbran!? This was really poor service. Her attitude was terrible. Do better.
I have been a long-standing supporter of Timpsons for many years as I love their social enterprise model. Amazing customer service from Neil in Caerphilly today. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Very helpful and pleasant. Made sure we had the best offers for keys and watch battery and took a flattering passport photo.
Super quick and efficient. Great service from Neil! Thanks.
I discovered that my very sturdy army boots were in need of a bit of stitching. Mr. Beast came to the rescue and did a lovely job and didn't even charge me that much. I am very pleased indeed!
