Paid a lot of money for my wedding dress to be cleaned but it come back exactly the same way I dropped it off as. When I picked it up they didn’t explain to me how there was still marks all over the dress and just said it was all done. I know they can’t remove everything but just think this is ridiculous and if they couldn’t they should have told me when I collected it. Very disappointed
Nothing but praise for the staff. Allen has been so helpful on every occasion I have visited. Even today making sure my watch was working and the time was correct. Previously he has done keys which was also why I always return. Always nice to see a great team member smiling and happy to help

So I needed a replacement key housing/shell for my car key, It is a Vauxhall 3 button style, Was charged £40 and they kept the original key and just changed the housing/shell, The replacement is a non Vauxhall shell/housing, Can't complain about that, took them 15 mins to do.
