I took two pairs of boots in to be re-heeled & I received absolutely brilliant service. They were polished, re-heeled & he went above & beyond what I asked for as the heel of one of the boots was damaged. He repaired this & resprayed the heel. They look really good, I can’t wait to wear them again! I would thoroughly recommend using Timpson in Morrisons, Bridgwater.

Went to Timpson to have some engraving done, that was a big mistake. The guy spelt Julie wrong ,this was a special present for Christmas , was told that he would reorder the item [this was 3 weeks before Christmas] h told me it would be about 5 days ,went in 6 times before Christmas and still did not get the item which I had paid for the engraving . I took my trainers in on the off chance of getting them repaired. The young behind the counter who I’ve had dealings with before, was very honest in telling me he may not be able to do anything for me. But told me to give him 5 min. On my return he gave me my trainers back, which he had tried to mend. I asked how much and he said nothing, as he hadn’t done much. To me this is delivering excellent customer service, as what he done didn’t warrant a cost and he never tried to stitch me up, sorry about the pun. I hope him doing ... read more
