I took two pairs of boots in to be re-heeled & I received absolutely brilliant service. They were polished, re-heeled & he went above & beyond what I asked for as the heel of one of the boots was damaged. He repaired this & resprayed the heel. They look really good, I can’t wait to wear them again! I would thoroughly recommend using Timpson in Morrisons, Bridgwater.

I took my trainers in on the off chance of getting them repaired. The young behind the counter who I’ve had dealings with before, was very honest in telling me he may not be able to do anything for me. But told me to give him 5 min. On my return he gave me my trainers back, which he had tried to mend. I asked how much and he said nothing, as he hadn’t done much.
