Popped in for a passport photo while doing a Morrisons shop and the guy serving couldn't have been more helpful. Took about 5 minutes and ended up with 4 passport size photos, a copy emailed and a code provided to upload photo to the passport website. He also checked on the government website to make sure the photo would be accepted. Very pleased with the service.

Went to Timpson to have some engraving done, that was a big mistake. The guy spelt Julie wrong ,this was a special present for Christmas , was told that he would reorder the item [this was 3 weeks before Christmas] h told me it would be about 5 days ,went in 6 times before Christmas and still did not get the item which I had paid for the engraving . I took two pairs of boots in to be re-heeled & I received absolutely brilliant service. They were polished, re-heeled & he went above & beyond what I asked for as the heel of one of the boots was damaged. He repaired this & resprayed the heel. They look really good, I can’t wait to wear them again! I would thoroughly recommend using Timpson in Morrisons, Bridgwater.
