I had my Chris WARD 51sqn watch in for repair of broken time/ date winder. This went away for repair. I got the watch back all repaired and working lovely. The repair price was a very fair , they are also do an excellent replacing batteries service. well done Timpsons.

Honestly the loveliest staff, every one of them. Always smiles on their faces and a nice chat whenever I go in for a service whether that be dry cleaning or getting links out. The quality of their work is amazing as well.

He has been so paitient and kind. I have had problematic car keys and James as spent a lot of time...hours in fact....trying to get my car keys to programme.....seems there is a problem with my car relay. Thank you for taking the time and effort to try and help me even though it was not successful

Walked in to find a customer being told his watch wouldn’t be water proof after putting a new battery in….. once the man behind the counter looked at his watch he then turned round and said “oh I can make it water tight” so he was just jumping to conclusions…. I then handed him my watch to get a new pin in the strap and again with out even looking instantly said he wouldn’t have one.
