Walked in to find a customer being told his watch wouldn’t be water proof after putting a new battery in….. once the man behind the counter looked at his watch he then turned round and said “oh I can make it water tight” so he was just jumping to conclusions…. I then handed him my watch to get a new pin in the strap and again with out even looking instantly said he wouldn’t have one. I needed my car key fixed… very impressed with the member of staff…. They do a good deal on a lifetime offer… well worth it and gave me piece of mind
My wife went in here today to have the batteries replaced in her car keys. The staff were rude, ignorant and had a couldn't careless attitude. My wife very nearly just walked out in disgust. We wouldn't recommend this particular branch at all.
This review is purely for the lovely Carly at your Maidstone Morrisons store. The NICEST most caring individual, and she is truly is an asset to your company. I took my cream, faux fur jacket into the store as it had makeup stains on the collar which were bad. She said I’d get a text Monday or Tuesday to say it’s ready. 2 hours later I get a call from her, so excited to tell me she’d managed to get the harsh stains out & that she was so excited as the jacket looked brand new & I can confirm she was right. The worst dry cleaner in Maidstone. Had a body warmer and a summer dress (both silk blend) “dry cleaned”. Was charged more for a dress than a winter body warmer which to me seemed very strange. But the worst part - I have collected both items after dry cleaning in the same state - with the same stains and marks which I handed to Timpsons to get cleaned.
