Went into Timpson at MOrrisons in Watford, i need 4 keys cut, he said i dont have that plate, but can use this. went home never worked any of them. Went back and his reply was i told you i never had the plate, Little lost on why then did he cut them. This is not the biggest problem agree, but he then said go to Rickmansworth Tesco and they will sort it, its a KIOSK no operative to ask. Got my watch battery replaced today at Timpsons in Ascot Road Watford and dealt with Amir. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you. He’s a credit to the company A+

Gave 10 shirts, all came back creased as was in the beginning ! What’s the point of paying for it when I had to iron it again?? When asked the staff why they creased was told “ it usually happens in transit “ nice….

I had a car key that was not working as it should. After a quick look I was told it needed a new micro switch which was fitted in 15 mins at a cost of £17. It now works as it should. We need more people like this to repair and not just replace. Thank you.
