Bit of a delay leaving this review.....but visiting a relative in Worle, we rented a carpet cleaner from the Morrisons, worle/locking castle location back in late June. We were visiting from Canada to do a bunch of handyman jobs. There were some ID issues as we no longer hold a UK drivers license but the sweetheart of a lady working that day (Sarah) got us figured out with passports and utility bills. I stopped at Timpson inside the Morrison’s Weston Super Mare store as my car key case was damaged. I had my case replaced along with a new blade and my electronics transferred over. The job was completed in 10 minutes and at a fraction of the price it would cost at a main dealership! I have to say the guy that served me was very friendly, polite and accommodating, answering all questions about the replacement. The guy completing the repair was also very friendly and polite. When I returned to pick up my items, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. My clothes were impeccably cleaned, pressed, and returned to me in pristine condition. The quality of the cleaning far exceeded my expectations, and it was evident that the team takes great pride in their work.
What more can I ask? Quick, easy, key works. Lovely stuff.
I was looking to engrave a wedding gift, which was a bit tricky due to the hard metal it was made of (I've popped to another shop yesterday and was turned away). I was served by Luke and he was ever so helpful! He thought outside the box of how we could do it, and attached a beautiful engraved tag to the gift - it looks lovely and I'm very happy with it! Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Luke, who was so welcoming and helpful, a true asset to the Timpson! 😊👍
