A pair of favourite shoes, which I thought were unrepairable were expertly and skillfully revived to my delight ! The gentlemen at Timpsons in Bideford are always helpful, courteous and cheerful....unsung heroes, and I would highly recommend. The cost, was exceptionally reasonable. 10/10.
What an outstanding company, recently I contacted my local store in Bideford to explain I lost my trousers after a dry clean which was part of a 3 piece suit I had done. From start to finish, Timpsons customer service has been truly amazing, I had initial contact with Danny at the Bideford store who was very helpful who then put me in contact with the amazing Joanne from customer services who couldn’t do more for me as a customer. Dropped in a couple of seat cushion covers which were badly marked. Managed expectations that the marks may not come out but, apart from a tiny one, they did. Great job and a super speedy service. Will definitely use again.
Excellent, friendly service from Timpson in Morrison's in Bideford, Devon. The staff in this Timpson branch are so helpful and efficient, it's a pleasure to use their services. I've had keys cut, dry cleaning, and shoes mended - all good.
