Rang asking for a watch battery repair. Went down the shop within 10 minutes and the doors were shut. The notice said to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes of standing like a numpty I left. What kind of a company is this

This is the third time I've tried to visit during their stated opening hours. After finding them closed with a hand written sign on the door twice, I was seen by unbelievably rude man Me: Hi, I'm looking to get a key cut? Him (rudely): No. Not that one, you can't. Spoke to me like I was dirt beneath his feet, I walked straight out of there. He explained why to my disappearing back, which was fine. I'll take his advice and take it elsewhere.

My Grandmother accidentally took her watch into the shower 3 days after having the battery replaced. We stopped by on the off-chance and a lovely man named Paul took the watch apart, dried all the components and replaced the new battery "just in case". He didn't charge us anything either. Such a nice man! Excellent customer service!

After being let down elsewhere I came here this morning to get my watches repaired and I'm overjoyed that they're now working again and in good working condition I saw Max who was excellent at giving me a fab price- which I thought was very reasonable offering unbeatable prices for services (I was previously quoted a ridiculous amount almost ripped off at other shops around town where I had taken my items to) so when I was recommended to try timpsons I was not disappointed and came away with the batteries replaced I'm so gra... read more

Seems a bit overpriced. The guy in the shop said he could do 3 keys for the price of 2 as a deal, but charged 18 pounds for it. Overpriced, it seems.
