Visited this shop today . The shop had no customers except for myself. The employee was totally engrossed in his mobile phone. I was completely ignored. When I did request some assistance the employee was rude, unhelpful and completely disinterested. Do Better. No wonder this shop has no customers. I'm actually looking to put in a complaint.
Younnis served me today, what an amazing man. A credit to any company, he was warm, kind, friendly and the epitome of customer service. He has only been with Timpsons 5 months but you could tell how much he enjoys the job by the time, care and attention that he puts into each transaction
