Younnis served me today, what an amazing man. A credit to any company, he was warm, kind, friendly and the epitome of customer service. He has only been with Timpsons 5 months but you could tell how much he enjoys the job by the time, care and attention that he puts into each transaction

Very poor service. Had a brand new leather rucksack and needed the straps to be shortened. The guy said they usually don't work with bags but he could do it. Result was he shortened the straps from the shoulder end which is stiched to the back instead of the other end which is how it's usually done. He only glued the straps back on, no stiches so it won't last for long. Also there was glue residue on the leather (clearly visible) and the glue was not even holding the straps properly. Ordered a number to go on fence explained what I needed he took details told me how long it would take and how much let me know when to come and get it and got a phone call a few days later went and collected no problems the staff very helpful
