Me and my partner went to get a key cut to celebrate moving in together. Courtney was delightful and really helped make the celebration memorable. Me (the princess) and my other half are truly grateful!

Had the pleasure of meeting Courtney twice today 😊 Fri 19th June. She changed a battery in my watch (watch was a few years old) previously had a battery from town but the watch kept stopping. Courtney explained it could be the mechanism, she gave me a receipt and stated any problems to go back. Unfortunately I went back within a few hours as the watch was definitely broken. I had another watch which Courtney popped in a fresh battery with a years guarantee as before. Excellent customer service from Courtney. Thank you 😊
