I just walked into the shop with my favourite mechanical wound watch ; the back of it had popped out when I dropped it whilst on holiday . Usually , watch repair shops decline to work on it as 'it is a very old watch '! The young woman who was working in Timpsons ASDA today, took one look at it , exclaimed 'oh yes' and put it back with a little gadget in a trice! Excellent, old school customer service. Highly recommend
Had well over 400 photos to print and used the Max Spielmann printing service recently in the Asda at Monks Cross. We were helped by Yasmin who did a really great job, running multiple printers to speed up the process. Really grateful to her for making a daunting task so much easier. Thanks.
I took my boots here late afternoon for a re-heel/sole next day. Dan provided excellent service and did a great job. I can highly recommend.
The young lad who works here is a credit to the company, he’s so hard working and gives fantastic customer service. Great to chat to and so friendly! Would definitely recommend this Timpsons!
