I had to spend longer than I had planned today at Snappy snap and got talking to Chelsea as she closed. She explained that they shared same CEO with Timpson key cutting++ business in Ashford Kent. I reflected on the time spent in the store - the care, dedication and compassion of the 2 ladies attending to customers was just beautiful to watch. No stress no tension no agitation. They were so professional despite being so young. Then they closed with a gentle caring hug wishing each other well. Wow! It made my day!
