Bring stuff to the shop for some time. Usually always get great service. My last visit was a a bit fraught as shop was closed for a time. By the time I got back it was shut again, but not for as long. Of course it only took a minute to get my keys sorte. Can't recall any time it was a poor service. Lots of the time I'm in and out in a hurry. Again and agin I'd come back. Alan does a fantastic job. Thank you so much.

We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Alan and the area team. Thank you again for your recommendation!
Spent less time in shop than thought. Under the impression wifes shoes would be day later. Put back together in minutes. Expected a hefty bill. Readonable in the end, just change in charity box. Be back agan.
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Milo. Quick service, reasonable pricing, and a kind donation — we look forward to seeing you again.
Given the shops size it does nearly everything. Ran in to get a key cut and got a nice wee tag for my dog. Alan was helpful and happy to help me. Never missed a beat when I threw questions at him. Definitely be back.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback! Delighted Alan provided excellent service for your key cutting and dog tag needs.
Been going here a while. Really good little place. Alan knows his stuff. Wouldn't go to any other shop.
Business response:
We are grateful for your loyalty and kind words about Alan's expertise. Your trust means everything to us.
Went in for a car key and Alan was great. Told me it may take an hour if I wanted to wait in Tesco cafe but I didn't need to wait very long. Had a new key and a new button and case for my old key. Highly recommended.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback — we’re really pleased to hear this. It’s great to know Alan provided such helpful service with your car key. Letting you know the wait time, getting the new key sorted, and even giving your old key a new button and case shows real care and professionalism. We’re delighted the whole process was quicker than expected.
