I had a fantastic experience buying a new car key fob. The chap was incredibly knowledgeable, showing me features I didn't even know my key and car had. He was honest about what I actually needed, and instead of selling me a new key, he recommended I only replace the batteries. I also purchased the lifetime guarantee for the batteries. His honest, trustworthy, and superb service saved me money and gave me peace of mind. Thank you to the lovely man who served me today.
Excellent service, from start to finish. I used the call back service on line. I had a call from Bertie at the Kingsditch store in Cheltenham. He explained everything really well and was able to fit me in this afternoon. I needed 2 remote car keys sorting. Really happy with the end result and cost. The two gents (Bertie and Freddie) done a phenomenal job repairing my watch, other shops had turned me away as they did not have the tools or capabilities to repair it. These two lads explained everything that needed repairing and how they would go about it, they repaired the watch in under 20 minutes.
