Got my coat dry cleaned at sainsburys. Got it back full of animal and human hair. Disgusting. The coat has lost its shine and texture. If only I could give a zero star.
If I could leave less stars I would. The "manager" a moody person, that makes it feel like I'm a burden for being there need to reassess his career path and maybe find something not customer related. Incompetent, rude and lazy. This applies to all the miserable, just say No, moody and temperamental staff at this location. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid this branch. Go to a proper jeweller and get the job done right. Wasted weeks dealing with these people, and lost time and money.

Took a dress and a suit to be dry cleaned.... honestly both items look like they haven't been touched. We needed them for an event this weekend so this has now caused me a major headache. I'm 100% convinced that nothing has been done. I only noticed the issues when I got home otherwise I would have refused to accept the items back. Great service! The man in there was so friendly and managed to get my boots back to me earlier than expected! Would definitely recommend and use them again!
