If I could leave less stars I would. The "manager" a moody person, that makes it feel like I'm a burden for being there need to reassess his career path and maybe find something not customer related. Incompetent, rude and lazy. This applies to all the miserable, just say No, moody and temperamental staff at this location. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid this branch. Go to a proper jeweller and get the job done right. Wasted weeks dealing with these people, and lost time and money.

Took a dress and a suit to be dry cleaned.... honestly both items look like they haven't been touched. We needed them for an event this weekend so this has now caused me a major headache. I'm 100% convinced that nothing has been done. I only noticed the issues when I got home otherwise I would have refused to accept the items back. Smells like they are not cleaning your clothes (no scent at all) They dont even remove basic stains, what's the point of paying money to dry clean with them?

Excellent service as always in the Sainsbury sixfield (store 1033 - quick google). served by Mark. He was great ! I stood on my car key and it was in pieces. Mark managed to get it all back together and working within 60 seconds...and saved me over £150 !! Such a kind, friendly and clearly very skilled man. Thank you so much Mark :-)
