Gave Timpson 3 opportunities to order in key blanks required. In the end I went to Packhams Hardware on Perry St. and had my key cut on first visit! Every time I visited Timpson there was a different person serving, no one seems to take ownership, likely knowing they won't be there when you return! I will be going to Packhams for my keys in the future.
So happy with the service that is provided here. Sandro has helped me with a couple of things. Firstly I needed a new clasp for my silver bracelet and that was all done with no issues. More recently I took a jumpsuit in to have the zip replaced but Sandro was able to fix it without it having to be sent away! Absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much.
Sandro is so helpful cheerful and professional nothing is to much trouble my daughters heals were a mess he did a brilliant repair on them. have been using this branch for many years
I've been here a couple of times and always been very impressed with the advisor. He has excellent customer service skills and is such a lovely guy. The last time I went in was to have a pin put into my watch strap, he did it free of charge and just asked for a donation into their charity pot. There's never a long wait and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
Do not recommend staff behind the counter stole my grandads watch he went there for a battery change come back and told my grandad that he already collected but as cctv says different as no one entered the shop until my grandad went in the to collect the watch the gentleman him self was threatening my aunty and cousin as well do not recommend at all disgusting behaviour
