So happy with the service that is provided here. Sandro has helped me with a couple of things. Firstly I needed a new clasp for my silver bracelet and that was all done with no issues. More recently I took a jumpsuit in to have the zip replaced but Sandro was able to fix it without it having to be sent away! Absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much.

Sandro is so helpful cheerful and professional nothing is to much trouble my daughters heals were a mess he did a brilliant repair on them. have been using this branch for many years

I had a very upsetting experience today around 10:30 am. at Timpson (Gravesend, Sainsbury's Wingfield Bank). I am a mother of 2 small kids and I went there for a digital passport photo for my 3 months old daughter, because Timpson advertises online they do for newborn as well. Great service from Sandro who recently engraved 50 trophies and cups for our annual club awards ceremony Absolutely fantastic workmanship! Sandro came in early each morning and worked diligently to get them all finished on time for us. We would definitely recommend him for all your trophy engraving.

I've been here a couple of times and always been very impressed with the advisor. He has excellent customer service skills and is such a lovely guy. The last time I went in was to have a pin put into my watch strap, he did it free of charge and just asked for a donation into their charity pot. There's never a long wait and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
