I’ve experienced dishonesty and disappointment from this branch. It’s been 3 months since they returned my padded jacket with major faults and now they are ignoring my emails. Helen from their site office promised to take my jacket back in to investigate the issue and provide me with an investigation report. I've been here a couple of times and always been very impressed with the advisor. He has excellent customer service skills and is such a lovely guy. The last time I went in was to have a pin put into my watch strap, he did it free of charge and just asked for a donation into their charity pot. There's never a long wait and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
So happy with the service that is provided here. Sandro has helped me with a couple of things. Firstly I needed a new clasp for my silver bracelet and that was all done with no issues. More recently I took a jumpsuit in to have the zip replaced but Sandro was able to fix it without it having to be sent away! Absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much.
What a lovely bubbly lady who served me (sorry, I should have made a note of her name!). Really helpful and made for a great experience, what a credit to her work 😊
