Got 3 keys cut about a month ago, was asked if I wanted a receipt but I was told I wouldn't need 1 if I kept the keys on the ring with the card on, they even have timpson on the actual key! none of them worked when I tried them so I went back & had new ones cut, they also didn't work. I went in today & asked for a refund, I obviously didn't have the receipt but showed the guy my credit card app, he said it wasn't the right price, I explained that I had also purchased a key chain, he wasn't willing to refund me without a rece... read more
Eddie & Jamie provided great service this morning. I needed driving licence photos / keys cut for new house - I was in a crazy rush and very stressed they made the process so easy and pleasant I left feeling much better. It’s nice to still get service like that! Thank you
