I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to make an exception here and give the person who works here a very big shout out. Stressed and stranded with a broken car key, I received wonderful, friendly and very quick service from Danny, even going the extra mile to help me locate a tiny element of the key from my car. You made my day. Thank you :)
What a legend!! I’ve had a stainless steel ring stuck on my fingers for years! I couldn’t find any jewellers willing to remove it, but this guy got it off within ten minutes. Easy peasy what a pro.
Staff were very nice and friendly but 4 visits failed to replace metal strap for my watch. On the first visit back no one had ordered the strap, on the second visit they’d ordered one that was too big. On the third visit they’d ordered one that was too small. I gave up! Will go to Robinson’s on Eccy Road or Atkinsons on the Moor from now on!
There was no one in the shop at all when I arrived and no one appeared for at least 5 minutes and there was no apology at all when they did arrive
Absolutely delighted with my shoe repair, transformed from my old well loved ones , with new heels and soles into new looking and feeling shoes . Reasonable cost , I would recommend this Timpson branch to anyone looking for good value , quality work .
