The gentleman in here has done several of my boots over the past few weeks and they come out like new every time. He even gives them a polish free of charge. Will continue to use their services
Absolutely delighted with my shoe repair, transformed from my old well loved ones , with new heels and soles into new looking and feeling shoes . Reasonable cost , I would recommend this Timpson branch to anyone looking for good value , quality work .
Glued my boots while I grabbed stuff stuff in Waitrose. Really friendly and efficient. A great company.
Staff were very nice and friendly but 4 visits failed to replace metal strap for my watch. On the first visit back no one had ordered the strap, on the second visit they’d ordered one that was too big. On the third visit they’d ordered one that was too small. I gave up! Will go to Robinson’s on Eccy Road or Atkinsons on the Moor from now on!
