I cannot praise the local branch highly enough. I took a pair of boots in to be heeled on the last Monday before Christmas. When we looked they needed new soles as well. The gentleman did all this for me while I was shopping and even treated the suede, so now I effectively have a new pair of boots. All this with lovely friendly service as well.
Came in today to get my watch fixed after trying to do it myself, Sam was amazing he gave me advice and had it done in less than 10 minutes! A real bright and kind person thank you Sam. Timpson you are lucky to have him and I recommend anyone with any problems to go see Sam!
My mum visited this store today. The young man working was so kind and helpful (I think his name was Sam). He fixed my mums watch strap and was polite and engaging. He is a real asset to the business.
John, rescued me and made up a temporary key as I was left with a broken key. I could go move my son’s van. While he had an urgent appointment to get to on the mainland. Thank you John so much for being at RYDE at the right time He usually is found at Sainsbury’s Newport we are so grateful
