Brilliant service at Timpsons inside Colney Fields Sainsbury's. A new watch battery, new leather watch strap and a challenging alteration to a metal watch strap all done quickly, with friendly service and a great price. I couldn't have asked for anything better!
My car key broke off from the fob so I visited the London Colney shop by bus! And then the bus broke down ... overheated. Fortunately I managed to complete the journey. William was so helpful and patient even under pressure from other customers with dry cleaning, photo prints and key cutting. Thank you very much for the service provided. The key fitted perfectly 👌
I just picked up my shoes from timpsons in London Colney. Gregory did an amazing job!! After a bit of confusion regarding the price, Gregory was very helpful and willing to help and clear up the confusion and fixed my shoes beautifully.
Normally when I bring my shoes to get re-heeled here I’m told to come back in a day or two, however, the young chap in the shop today (Jack, I believe) told me to do my shopping and they’d be ready for when I finished. And they were, and looking good as new! Very impressed, please pass on my thanks to the member of staff in there from me again!
Awful experience getting my passport photo taken. The Australian guy first only took one picture on the digital camera and then printed the photo as soon as possible before I could even see it and the photo came out shadowy and unclear.
