Really pleased with the service I’ve received from this Timpson branch - sadly I didn’t get the chaps name who helped me but after having a bit of a drama with a broken car key he’s finally managed to get it functioning for me. Great service, friendly staff who are clearly very knowledgeable and he even went the extra mile to not charge for my second visit! Thank you very much - would recommend :)
Normally when I bring my shoes to get re-heeled here I’m told to come back in a day or two, however, the young chap in the shop today (Jack, I believe) told me to do my shopping and they’d be ready for when I finished. And they were, and looking good as new! Very impressed, please pass on my thanks to the member of staff in there from me again!
Thanks to Chris who was a great help today. He went above and beyond by staying late to get my battery sorted just as he was closing up. Fantastic representative of the Timpsons franchise
