I have been in oxford for about 5 years now and going to Timpson in Oxford's Covered Market to see Steve to have various shoes repaired. He always is very professional in his demeanor, is very clear with the work he intends to carry out and the finished product he returns to me is always exceptional both visually and functionally. I go to the Timpsons at the covered market because I get the best service there. The gentleman is very kind and professional. He has shortened the heels of a pair of shoes and a pair of boots for me. He did an excellent job on both. I am very pleased. Not only do I keep my stylish look, I am very comfortable walking anywhere wearing my new shortened high heels.
