So helpful. Repaired my watch, a very delicate, skilled task, for a very low price and instantly done even late on a Friday. Awesome service, hard to believe. Also got keys cut here 3 for price of 2. Again no wait and friendly. There are few places like this so refreshing that customer service and quality work is still so good. Recommended 100 per cent.
Absolutely fantastic service today. I popped in to have my watch battery replaced and, despite the shop being incredibly busy with a queue out of the door, the gentleman serving (Karl i believe he was called) took the time to replace it while I waited. He appeared to be doing the work of two people, calmly helping customers, carrying out repairs, and keeping everything moving, all with a smile on his face. Credit where it's due, well done that man! Highly recommended. 👏
