Karl at Timpson was a gentleman and a scholar, not just good advice but actually helped trim and install my new gel insoles. Highly recommend visiting Karl in the Guildhall Exeter. Thank you Karl.
Great service today from Karl, really happy to experience some good, old fashioned customer care. He was friendly, polite & I couldn't have asked for better quality work on 2 sets of shoes. He's a credit to the Timpson brand, thanks Karl.
Staff not particularly friendly. Enquired about shoe restoration, quoting their website, "no job is too small or too big". Responded with a "I don't know anything about that buddy". Would definitelt not go here again.
I have always found Exeter Guildhall Timpsons to be very helpful and to go out of their way. They provide customer service how it used to be and how it should still be. Steve has been there for years and I always feel confident with his work. Steve is friendly and welcoming and is clear with his communication to ensure customer's needs are met and expectations managed. Brilliant bit of engraving by Steve for me today thank you.
They replaced the battery in my watch before Christmas. It didn't work with a new battery. So the serviced it store and returned.it a week later. Charged £55 which includes a lifetime battery replacement. Really friendly and courteous staff. I spoke with more than one (Karl and Steve I believe). They were really friendly so I am surprised to see some negative reviews.
