So helpful. Repaired my watch, a very delicate, skilled task, for a very low price and instantly done even late on a Friday. Awesome service, hard to believe. Also got keys cut here 3 for price of 2. Again no wait and friendly. There are few places like this so refreshing that customer service and quality work is still so good. Recommended 100 per cent.

Took both mine and my wife’s watches in to have the batteries changed. When they were handed back, both timer functions had been left showing completely random times rather than being reset to zero. I went back in to point this out, only to be told quite rudely that it wasn’t their fault and that the watches would need to be sent away to have the timers reset. Absolutely fantastic service today. I popped in to have my watch battery replaced and, despite the shop being incredibly busy with a queue out of the door, the gentleman serving (Karl i believe he was called) took the time to replace it while I waited. He appeared to be doing the work of two people, calmly helping customers, carrying out repairs, and keeping everything moving, all with a smile on his face. Credit where it's due, well done that man! Highly recommended. 👏

Went to take a cylinder trophy to be engraved. Was told it couldn't be done as whoever did it last has bent the trophy too much in the clamp last time it was engraved. Guess who engraved it last ... this very same Timpson shop!

Karl at Timpson was a gentleman and a scholar, not just good advice but actually helped trim and install my new gel insoles. Highly recommend visiting Karl in the Guildhall Exeter. Thank you Karl.
