The Timpson staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I have is something that’s probably out of their control. On too many occasions recently, there is only one member of staff working in the Cwmbrân Shop, with often many people waiting. Whilst feeling bad for the customers, I also recognise that it’s “Not Fair” for the member of staff working alone. That’s just not right!
