Popped in to the store in Great Bridge and spoke with Jay about the cost of getting a spare key cut and getting a new car key as ours had snapped. Jay was really informative and I was over the moon to find out I wouldn't need a whole new key fob for my car which would cost hundreds. He explained how it was just the shell that needed replacing so no programming required. All other questions he answered without hesitation and with confidence evidencing his wealth of knowledge in keys. Thank you Jay
