I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Timpson Asda Branch. Before purchasing a car key battery for £24.95, I specifically asked the staff member whether I would be able to return it if necessary. I was clearly told that I could return it, and the staff member confirmed that I just needed to bring the receipt. When I later returned with the receipt, the same staff member refused the refund, stating that returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. This condition was not made clear at the time of purchase. I wo... read more
Left in a pair of Hugo Boss mens shoes for soles & heels at the Coleraine branch. Went to collect them a couple of days later & l was so disappointed at the quality of the repair ......heels were so badly trimmed & soles were not well done either. So l refused to accept them & asked for them to be done properly & professionally. The repair just seemed to have been done in a hurry and very amateurishly carried out. The cost was £39.95. When l left the shoes in initially l had another pair needing repair with me so I'm gla... read more
Got my son a special edition watch with his surname on the face for a milestone birthday and left it in at Asda Timpsons to get a birthday message engraved on the back of it. My partner lifted it for me yesterday and when I looked the engraving was upside down. Thought perhaps the back was on the wrong way so took it back again today another guy took it off and advised me it is the only way the back goes on. Doesn't think it can be redone So more or less suck it up.
Visited this kiosk around a week ago, the fella who served me was very cheerful and efficient. I did have a small issue with a key, so upon returning today - he rectified it immediately with no quibble. Today I saw his name Kyle from his badge. Again his demeanor was truly 1st class.😊 Pity service like this is ever decreasing these days in society. Thank👏you Kyle.
Completely recommend Kyle who was very knowledgeable and helpful re a pair of shoes I had brought in for repair. He also was able to fix a car key fob with no fuss. Found him to be most pleasant and helpful with a very easy going manner
