Great help in fixing my watch, however the shop was ridiculously hot and I cannot believe you expect your staff to work in that heat. Come on Timpsons you can do better than that!

I shopped at your Winnersh branch a couple of weeks ago to get a key cut. The assistant offered a three for two, so that’s what I purchased. The keys did not fit the lock, so I went back to the store today and explained this to the assistant. He immediately offered a refund. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted keys that worked. He then offered to make them again and I asked him why they hadn’t worked the first time. He said it was my lock that was the problem, and “I’ve only cut hundreds of thousands of locks, what do I know?” ... read more
