I went into the store a few weeks back as I needed three new keys for my new property. The youngster behind the counter, Shortish with long hair checked the system and said they had no stock but will get the blanks within two to three days. 1. Shoe heal was broken. Fixed brilliantly with full finishing, even I can’t make a difference. And that to be within few hours. 2. Shop attendant is very gentle. He was not able to fix the watch bracelet but explained the reason very well and apologies.
