Timpson at Sainsbury's are amazing. Dropped 2 pairs of boots in for re heel and sole. Picked up less than 24 hrs later. Fabulous job. 100% worth the money. Will be going back. Spoke to 2 different gentleman. Both were friendly and polite.
Paul helped create the perfect set of keys for my toddler, he really cared and put thought into the colors and shapes. My toddler is so happy with HIS own set of keys. He is the happiest boy and we appreciate the caring service we received!
Had a problem with the remote central locking key, the gentleman at Timpsons put in new buttons. When this didn't quite fix the issue, we went back to him and he re-cleaned the inside of the control unit. It now works perfectly👌 and a lovely man too.
Timpson – Sainsbury’s (Bury St Edmunds) I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Timpson branch. I brought my watch in for a glass replacement due to scratches and a battery replacement. So where to begin had a new car key do e while we was away on holiday in York. The key was fine for a few weeks then started playing up where it wouldn't lock the car remotely but the unlock button was fine so took it to Timpsons in Thetford twice 1st time was told nothing wrong with it then the 2nd time was told that the lock button was faulty but they couldn't do anything there so was advised to take it to their Bury st Edmunds store.
