Timpson at Sainsbury's are amazing. Dropped 2 pairs of boots in for re heel and sole. Picked up less than 24 hrs later. Fabulous job. 100% worth the money. Will be going back. Spoke to 2 different gentleman. Both were friendly and polite.

Timpson – Sainsbury’s (Bury St Edmunds) I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Timpson branch. I brought my watch in for a glass replacement due to scratches and a battery replacement. When I collected the watch, it was already damaged — there was water inside the watch, the glass had lost clarity, and the battery stopped working the very same day. So where to begin had a new car key do e while we was away on holiday in York. The key was fine for a few weeks then started playing up where it wouldn't lock the car remotely but the unlock button was fine so took it to Timpsons in Thetford twice 1st time was told nothing wrong with it then the 2nd time was told that the lock button was faulty but they couldn't do anything there so was advised to take it to their Bury st Edmunds store. I changed my key's battery, I paid 20, but as long as I have my car, I don't have to pay for the next battery change. The price I paid was quite expensive for the battery, but I'm glad I didn't have to pay next time. I would definitely recommend
